Koori Art Painting Workshop
Spend an afternoon with local Aboriginal artists in a small group and experience a unique culture by learning how to paint traditional Didgeridoo,
Clap Stick, Boomerang or Bull-roara, using traditional colours, symbols and techniques.
Discover the ‘dream time story’ that inspires each creation.
Everyone will go home with their own finished products as unique souvenirs.
Items included: 1 x Didgeridoo, 1 x Clap Sticks, 1 x Boomerang, 1 x Bull-roara
Each artist will supervise one group, to ensure everyone’s experience is
unique.

Yiddaki / Didgeridoo Playing Workshop

Learn the basics of playing the Didgeridoo with artist and performer,
Mark Powell, on your own
authentic instrument (supplied by Mark)
Listen to traditional teachings and stories while you learn the breathing
techniques and sounds of this sacred instrument.
Rebecca’s Personalised "Spirit" Artwork
Make a time to sit for your own personal or family “Spirit” Artwork.
During this time with Intuitive
Artist, Rebecca Shepherd, discover the ‘spirits’ and guides surrounding
you on your life journey.
Learn about some of the Australian Aboriginal totems and possibly learn about
their special
teachings and stories.
Includes:
Large pastel artwork which can be easily packed to take home for framing
Set of Life journey stones (pictured below) and your reading and interpretation.
Rebecca would be happy to provide a spirit portrait by commission, (in your
choice of acrylics or pastels), which can be posted after your stay at Burrawang
